How It Works

How Our Master Coaching & Custom Programming Works

We’ve streamlined the coaching experience into a powerful system that blends science, structure, and support. From your initial consultation to weekly updates, every step is designed to help you progress confidently with maximum results.

Initial Consultation

Nutrition (diet history, food psychology, current habits, understanding of palate and goal setting) and programming (exercise history, equipment accessibility and goal setting).

Nutrition Plan

Spreadsheet consisting of exact amount of food and macronutrient and mineral values. Activity tracking sheet (daily steps and exercise). Sleep tracking sheet (hours and feeling of recovery). Data sheet (daily weight, weekly waist and hip circumference and % adherence to plan).

Training Program

Exercises, exercise execution notes, sets, reps, tempo prescription performance and volume tracking. Programs are in 4-week blocks where assessed weekly and updated when required.

Updates

Nutrition is periodised as required based on data and visuals of body composition. Food can also be updated as elected weekly. Training program volume may be adjusted based on performance and alternative exercises based on injuries and equipment limitations.

In-person Personal Training

This is where I will guide you through exercise in a safe and effective manner. Making sure you are confident in exercise intention and intensity required for optimal results.

Check-ins

A 15-minute call done weekly to assess all the data tabulated across nutrition and training. Feedback and updates given immediately.
